rocket code (hereinafter, “rocket code”), with registered offices at Plaza Artz, Anillo Periférico 3720, Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, 01900, Mexico City, Mexico, is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website, pursuant to Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and, where applicable, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

Through this site's contact forms and calculator we may collect: your name, company, work email address, and the description of the process or need you share with us. We do not collect sensitive personal data. If you email us or book a call, we will process the contact details you choose to provide.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes: responding to your contact request, preparing and sending the proposal or diagnosis you request, and following up on the commercial or pre-contractual relationship. Secondary purposes: sending you communications about rocket code products and services related to your request. 4. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site does not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies. We only store your language preference in your browser (localStorage). Typefaces are served from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers.

5. Data transfers

We do not sell or share your personal data. We only share it with technology infrastructure providers that process the submission and storage of forms (for example, hosting and customer-management services), acting on behalf of rocket code under confidentiality obligations, and where a competent authority requires it under applicable law.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent and to limit the use or disclosure of your data. To exercise them, send a request to hola@therocketcode.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise, and the data your request refers to. We will respond within the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Mexico's competent data protection authority.
