The means to collect personal data, for the purposes described in this privacy notice, are:

Prospects: name(s), surname(s), company name, position, landline and/or mobile phone, email, contact state or region.

Clients: name(s) or legal entity, trade name, position, fiscal address (Street, Interior and/or Exterior Number, Neighborhood, Municipality or Borough, Postal Code, City, State), email, federal taxpayer registry including homoclave, landline and/or mobile phone, signature, image, voice. Additionally, the following business documents may be requested in copy, which may contain personal data: company bylaws, latest audited financial statement, protocolizations, proof of tax situation, cover page of the bank statement, latest tax declaration and acknowledgment, proof of address.

Suppliers: name(s), surname(s), legal entity name, fiscal address, name of their bank, Interbank Clabe, account number, landline and/or mobile phone, email, signature, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), company bylaws, proof of tax situation, compliance with tax obligations before SAT (32-D), cover page of the bank statement showing the name of the company or individual, CLABE, and bank account, current proof of address (not older than 3 months), official identification of the legal representative or, if applicable, the individual providing the service.

Website or Internet portal users: full name, email, phone, company, position, state or region.

Social media users: full name, email, phone, company, position, state or region.

Candidates: curriculum vitae. In case of not being contacted within a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the receipt of said document, we inform you that they will be deleted from our physical and/or electronic files.

Collaborators: curriculum vitae, interview format containing the following data:

name(s), surname(s), age, date and place of birth, nationality, CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) data, RFC (Taxpayer Registry), IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) number, major medical expenses certificate number, date of hire and termination, name of the company where they work, name of the immediate supervisor, education (degree, institution, year of graduation), relevant specialization courses, and mention that the following data are collected in simple copy: official identification issued by the National Electoral Institute before Federal Electoral Institute or valid passport, CURP certificate, birth certificate, current proof of address; proof of studies, professional license, professional degree, employment certificates, work references (understood that the collaborator previously requested authorization to be contacted by the Data Controller for such work references), INFONAVIT credit retention certificate, signature, fingerprint, photograph, declaration of allergies or illnesses, psychometric test.

Former Collaborators: In addition to the aforementioned, the signature and/or fingerprint are collected on the documents necessary for the termination of the employment relationship. Likewise, the return of the identification card issued by the company is requested.

Furthermore, we inform you that your personal data will not be shared with any authority, company, organization, or person other than us, and will be used exclusively for the purposes indicated.

You have the right at all times to know what personal data we have about you, for what purposes we use them, and the conditions of use we give them (Access). Similarly, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); likewise, you have the right to have your information removed from our records or database when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as the right to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection).
