Remote first inspection
The adjuster assesses the damage without travelling, the same day it is reported.
orbit adjust opens a video room between the adjuster and the policyholder, who joins from their phone with nothing to install. On the photos captured during the call, a vision model drafts the expert report and the repair estimate comes from the construction price catalog. Today it is a proof of concept working end to end.
Adjusting property damage still means sending a person to the address. Between assignment, scheduling, and arrival, days go by; travel costs money; certified adjusters are few and become the bottleneck; and two adjusters facing the same damage write different reports because nothing standardizes the criteria. In the end the report is written by hand and the estimate is built on the experience of whoever signs it.
A remote adjustment platform. The adjuster opens a room and shares the code; the policyholder joins from their phone's browser. During the video call the adjuster guides the shot, captures photos from the live video or uploads images, and on those photos a vision model assesses the damage and drafts the expert report. With the damage identified, the platform estimates the cost against the construction price catalog and locates the claim with the phone's GPS.
